Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included and are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Airfares are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility (and their invitee’s) to arrange their transport to meet with the tour. It is compulsory that the winners and their invitees take out comprehensive travel insurance before they travel. Local Payment not included within the prize, if you choose a no local payment promotion, subject to conditions. Cannot be used for a tour already booked, paid in full or deposit but it can be upgraded to a longer tour within the same destination by paying the difference of the chosen departure dates based on non-discounted brochure rates. TourRadar and the participating operators have the right to refuse passengers without the required insurance cover to join our tours. The prize is subject to tour availability and conditions. Both TourRadar and the operator of the selected tour reserve the right to offer alternative travel dates should the requested departure date not be available. The final travel date must be confirmed by the 28th February, 2019. The date of departure must be before 31st March, 2019. Extension cannot be issued.

Departure dates not applicable for winner prize: 20 December 2018- 10 January 2019 with the Destination Services tour to Thailand, 15th August to 31st August 2018 and 10th December to 31st December 2018 for Sri Lanka with Aitkin Spence.
