Who has recommended LBS? A Broker, or did you go direct to Lender?

    Looks tight on affordability.

Your Accountant is right and we generally see dividends on the tax returns a little out of step with payment.

I would expect LBS to ask to see your signed accounts, your tax calculations, and accompanying Tax Year Overviews.

    For clarification for other posters.

SA302 are documents produced by HMRC outlining income declared and tax due in a tax year. HMRC used to produce these on request but no longer do so.

They now offer Tax Calculations which, as outlined by Kingstreet above, are the equivalent of SA302s.

Tax Calculations are downloadable online from HMRC Gateway either by the tax payer if they have their own log ins, or more often, by the Accountant.

Tax Year Overviews are accompanying documents downloaded in the same way which show the payment status of the tax due.
    I am a Mortgage Broker

Ahaa, that explains it. Just took a look at my "SA302"s they are indeed titled "Tax Calculations" but where accepted/treated/called an SA302 by everyone i have had to give them to - Accountant,LAs/EAs/Lenders, which threw me off. Apologies if my post caused confusion to others.

Tight on affordability... Not too sure where you get that from sorry, please expand.

£329K. combined regular income of near £70k and dividend income of 20K pa combined too, no other debt, £111K deposit

Direct to lender, the LBS were the lowest/cheapest 5 year fix @ 1.94% for 75% LTV. (£999 product fee and free valuation)

Signed accounts/tax calcs etc are all available if they want them, just not the SA302s as I don't get them.
