Council Tax Band Newer Properties

in Cutting tax
My house was not built until 2002, therefore I don't think the valuation tools will help me as part of checking my council tax banding. What should I do to check if I need to challenge it or not?

Compare the band with those of properties of a similar size and type in the area.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
