Won prize but never received anything,

Hi all,
I won Belvoir Fruit machine instant win prize pancake kit, on 6th june and as promised did rcv anything in 28days and send them email and ask its been 28 days when will I get the prize.
And got this response on 7th july,

Looks like it whole office go for harvest, lol
And now another 3 weeks pass but still nothing and send another email last week but they didnt evan bother to response,
And help appreciated what can i do please?

Well done on your win!!

its such a shame when you have to chase up a prize and get nowhere. Have you tried messaging on Twitter / Facebook that's what I would do next.
