Nationwide - CCJ

Has anyone been taken to court by Nationwide for a ccj.

We are in the process of recieving an ccj from Nationwide we are also with payplan and we are hoping the judges deals with us fairly.

    I have !!!

They lied to the courts, told them I'd missed the agreed payments under the CCJ and managed to get a charging order on our house.

    Ohh I love Nationwide

  • That does'nt sound good. So i could end up with an charging order? If i paid the ccj by my bank would'nt i have proof that i paid the ccj in time?

    Yes you would have proof.

I paid mine via CCCS, and had proof I had never mised any payments. I just didnt have the nerve to go to court :o

Mine's paid off in October 08. I offered £15, the court awarded £35. I'd taken advice from CCCS at the time but wasn't on a DMP.
They were the only one of my creditors who were awkward.
