Save those screw on plastic tops!

I use Aveeno moisturising cream and in common with all pump action bottles there's always a lot left at the bottom of the container when the pump stops working.

This time, I was determined to find a way to easily use what was left.

Fortunately, I had just thrown away in the recycling an empty washing up bottle, retrieved it and discovered that the squirty top just fits the Aveeno container:T

So save all your plastic tops as they might just come in handy!

The other way of making the most of Aveeno is to leave it upside down over a sterilised drinking glass and then decant that into something suitable or, as in our house where the drinking glasses are Nutella jars, pop on the plastic lid and use from the jar.
