I need to start meal planning again as I have a lot of food in but I'm not getting around to using it up.
Sun- Lamb dinner with all the trimmings
Mon- Lamb madras with turmeric rice with samosas
Tues- Spicy Lamb stir fry
Wed- Gammon fajitas
Thurs- Spicy gammon and new potato hash
Fri- BBQ pork chops with carrot fries and garlic mushrooms
Sat- HM wrap pizzas
Breakfast will be cereals or greek yoghurt with nuts, seeds, dried fruit
Lunches will be soup, noodles or left over portions of evening meals. My son is away this week so just two of us.
Have a great week :A
