Just been down to check the post and got a letter from Metropolitan Collection ...................first one ever, regarding an outstanding figure of £xxxx. States in the letter that they had received £xxxx towards the debt and asks when and how I intend to pay the remainder:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
It felt really good to ring them and advise that they could not legally pursue this and hear from them that "Oh yes, your account is showing a zero balance"
On a more serious note, how many actually make a further offer of payment after BR to scum like this without realising that they have no debt after BR?
