Know of any letting agents who rent flats with all utilities included?

Hi Guys


Know of any letting agents who would rent a flat in Belfast/Lisburn/Moira areas with all utilities included in the rent paid? I once spoke to someone who said they were renting an apartment in some Belfast City Centre apartment block which had the utilities included. Something like that would be ideal!

I would have thought that something like that would have been quite rare, as it could potentially cost the landlord a fortune.

Not saying you would do this, but if you decided to start growing cannabis from it, the electricity costs could be more than the rent...

In Belfast, especially in North Belfast, most utility meters are PAYG. So you don't really need utilities to be included in your rent, and you won't pay more than you consume either.
