Would it be ok if i posted a list here just to get some ideas, there is a whole lot of stuff though so the list would go on for a bit, i think part of the problem is there is just too much of it if that makes sense i open the freezer and think where do i start i went through a small phase of making soup in the slow cooker and then lost interest in it when the kids wouldn't eat it so i gave it away to a mate who really enjoyed it, but i think she became a bit sick of soup tbh lol.
Please do :T :T :T We like nothing better than planning meals for other people :T :T :T
Also tell us what you like to eat, and what you won't.
If I can be blunt - your 4 and 2 yos will eat what you give them. They may have preferences, but they're of an age where they'll try most things.
I had a major freezer clear out recently. Didn't buy anything apart from fruit and veg, milk for several weeks. We just ate what we had. Had to meal plan carefully, but it worked well.

I used to be a it like this, but since I make a menu plan first, then do my shopping online, it keeps the budget down and I am not fussing about what we are going to have for tea.0

Hi
Your budget is very tight for 51/2 of you plus cleaning and nappies. I do know where you are coming from on the cupboards full but nothing for dinner. I think with me it is I don't fancy what I have planned or just general disorganisation due to lack of time or inclination. Yes I know the key to money saving is organisation - that is part of my problem. I will have to learn to work with my impulses - any suggestions as there are somethings I can't change about myself.
Are you the same - is it not fancying what you had planned or not fancying the planning?0 -
How about opening a shop?? You could give Tesco a run for their money:rotfl:The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

Well its obviously not due to you not being money savvy, looking at your signature you know what you are doing moneywise so maybe your OH is right??The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
