Today I have recieved a parking notice from Premier Park.
It says I need to pay a £100 fine - reduced to £60 if I pay within 14 days.
The carpark was free but I exceeded the maximum stay period.
What do I do?
As this is private land do I need to pay the fine?
I have been reading a few things and it seems to say they can make you pay but only if they take you to court, which they won't do.
one post say don't pay but don't ignore.
HELP
Can really do without a £60 parking charge.
My husband was parked there too so we are expecting another letter tomorrow!!
