NOW Pensions again!!

Back at the start of April, my employer chose not to stay with NOW Pensions and move to a new Pension Provider.
A couple of weeks later, I decided that I wanted to transfer my pension from NOW, to the New Pension Provider (I applied to have this done through the new Pension Provider). Nearly 4 months on and this still hasn't happened!!

I had an email from the New Pension Provider saying they have chased and chased. I then had another email saying that the reason why NOW Pensions will not transfer, is due to NOW Pensions not having a date of leaving from the former scheme.

What on earth does this mean?
Surely they should have a record of this. Or is this delayed tactics??

So sick of Now Pensions. I just want my money transferred. SIMPLES!!! :mad:

Is what they require the date your employer chose to move schemes?

If Now have not had it then they are correct in asking for it.

However, we had one from Now who kept rejecting the transfer on the basis of no leaving date but the employer said they hold told the multiple times.
