credit company problem.

The trouble started in 2005 when we got a window company in to replace windows and doors and guttering, windows and doors were done they said we had to sign a piece of paper to say the job was done, (was no small print ) and someone will be out to fix the guttering. Which they did send someone out only to be told they could not do it as they had wrong screws or some other feeble excuse. inthe mean time the window company had told the credit company the work was complete so they paid them, then started taking the money out from the bank. We informed te credit company the work was unfinished and they said they will send someone out to check, which they did and was told they would contact the window company to get work done. We have rang, wrote andeven had someone out to "have a look" from the window company but still nothing is done.
Today recieved a letter from credit card company stating they want there money now and they have put a notice on our property even though it was not a scured loan.
Have contacted trade and standards who informed us the window company had not submitted accounts and was adviced to see a Solicitor which we did and he told us the company had changed names.
At wits end now do not know what to do
so any suggestions will be appreciated.
pswork still not finished:mad:

Fortunately for you, I have no doubt that the lender will have messed up with the loan documentation and will have got things wrong.
The chances are that you can put a stop to this nonesense pretty quickly.I am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0 -
hope so geting out of hand now. lol0
