I'm going to make chicken and chorizo paella for tea tonight. Can I freeze the leftovers?

I know my mum makes it all the time and freezes the leftovers no problem. Just make sure to cool it down as quickly as possible before you freeze it.0

Absolutely. As Mummy says above. I find a tiny bit of oil helps when you're reheating anything that is rice based.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0

I've frozen lots of rice based paella type dishes. As long as you cool it quickly and make sure it's piping hot when you reheat it there shouldn't be a problem0
