Tatton Tracker - What is it and how does it work?

I'm trying to understand what's in my SIPP. What's a Tatton Tracker? A lot of my money appears to have been placed in this-97% according to my platform. Am I right in thinking that the money from everybody who buys in, is pooled and invested according to their attitude to risk? I'm guessing it's managed en masse?

Do I presume correctly that you are paying a company called "Tatton" to manage your SIPP ?

If so I could guess what it is, and it's not quite what you stated, but probably best if you ask them.

Look on their website - full info there. If you don't know anything about tracker funds in general, do a bit of googling and you'll get masses of info.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Deepest i could find was this page https://www.tattonassetmanagement.com/investments
which says they have 3 types of portfolio: Active, tracker or hybrid and a little bit of blurb

    Cant see any more detail.

They are normally used by boutique FAs using a DFM service. So, its likely the OP has an adviser or had an adviser that placed him in it.
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. So ask the adviser...or perhaps read what has already been provided?
