M&S voucher through Zeek - any good?

Has anyone had any problems finding/retrieving their Zeek vouchers? I bought £50 worth of M&S vouchers, and the site showed the voucher code. However, my husband closed the page and I didn't save the code. Now I can't find the code in my account. I've sent them 2 emails so far using their 'Contact Us' page, but haven't got a response. My daughter's birthday is coming up, and it's looking unlikely that we'll get the code in time to buy her presents at M&S.

Any help/feedback appreciated :)

In the wallet page of the Zeek website there is a switch to show used cards, check it is set to show the used ones and it may re-appear.

I've done that just now. Thanks. Hopefully someone answers.

I've had a look and there is no switch on the page, probably because there is nothing there, no history of purchased vouchers (even though I've checked our bank and we've definitely been debited) or used vouchers.

Am thinking of preloading on Zeek and buying an M&S e-voucher to be used instore,

Any issues with this? If it works it'll be a few percent off. Do e-vouchers let you keep the balance for another time if you don't spend it all at once?

Read the terms and conditions to be sure - they differ from one site to another.

I think M&S has two kinds of eVouchers: online only or eGiftCard. If you are talking about eGiftCard, then it works the same way as normal Gift Card. I have bought eGiftCard before and I would normally do is to "consolidate" them into a physical card in store. A physical card is easier to carry and use.
  • Has anyone used Zeek before? I'm struggling to understand how it works as the website is vague.

Basically I have a sum of money in Quidco that I can cash out or get in vouchers for a % higher than the cash worth depending on the retailer we choose. There is an M&S Voucher for 6% higher which we would like but if we use Zeek then its 15% higher which includes M&S as a retailer.

My thoughts are that this is a no-brainer and to get the Zeek e-Gift card and use the amount for an M&S card and other retailers if we so wish. But I can't work out if it is this simple?? I don't want to make a big mistake and lose out on ££ for a gift card that we don't really want
