Apologies if this has already been posted.
Asking for a friend at the moment but will also need to do this myself in future as I'm planning to go self employed.
Friend is self employed sole trader and claims working tax credit. How does she add her WTC to her self assessment tax return? Is it just a case of adding the amount of WTC awarded during that tax year to the self assessment along with the earnings?
Thanks in advance of replies.

You don't. Working tax credit isn't taxable and doesn't get declared on the SA return at all.0
