As YHM says, I would be a little hurt if I found out one of my customers was on here. I would prefer my customers to come to me, yes some are a nightmare with a million questions, but it is part of the job, it is not a problem really.

just an FYI i completed by mortgage application for Natwest through a broker and didnt need to provide card details (i transferred the cash for the valuation direct to my broker however)

I paid direct to my broker over the phone, does this mean we have passed the under writters checks now we have a surveyor booked? He is surveying the property tomorrow :j

With our natwest application the valuation survey happened before they had finished assessing the paperwork.

Same with me jen, they received valuation back yesterday and are now accessing it. Seems very wrong that they take the fee for valuation before they finish accessing paperwork. I am not sure how long they take to offer from reciving the valuation.
