If it was me, I would persevere. I think it's their responsibility. The contract for delivery is between them and their delivery company. So if it goes missing, they can claim from the delivery company if they want to. Either way, they should fulfil their obligation to you. It may only be £20 worth of stuff, but you took the trouble to enter, and you won. So I would write back to them, in a friendly tone, natch, and ask them to sort out a redelivery or a cash alternative.
