could win some amazing prizes from our national partners Sykes
Cottages and Columbia Sportswear.

Make sure you let us know which National Park you’re exploring as
your entry could help secure a £1,000 donation courtesy of Columbia
Sportswear to that National Park!

:starmod: Terms and conditions

The competition is free to enter.

Entries must be submitted by 23.59 on 2 September 2018.

Entries are accepted via Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Images tagged with #DiscoverNationalParks and
#NationalParksWeek will automatically be entered into the
competition.

All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting
them, it is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any
images they submit have been taken with the permission of the
subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any
laws.

Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remains with
the entrant. By entering the competition you give permission for
National Parks UK and competition partners (Sykes Holiday
Cottages and Columbia Sportswear) to use your images in print or
online in a non-commercial capacity. Columbia will use their choice
of winning images within an installation at the Kendal Mountain
Festival in November 2018.

In all instances, the copyright holder will be credited, wherever
practicable, when the image is used and published by National
Parks and its partners. We will use your first and last name as
supplied during the entry process (e.g. © photographer’s name).
Although National Parks UK will always supply the correct
information to third parties (for example to press / media), it
cannot accept responsibility for any credit line errors or omissions
by these parties.

This competition is open to anyone except those involved in its
organisation and employees of National Parks UK, Columbia
Sportswear and Sykes Cottages.

:starmod: Prizes

The photographer of each shortlisted image (a minimum of one
image per National Park) will win one Columbia Powder Lite jacket
(size information to be provided on notification of winning).

From this shortlisted pool, one (1) overall winner will be selected
to win a £500 voucher for Sykes Holiday cottages; two tickets to
the Kendal Mountain Festival and £500 of Columbia Sportswear
clothing. The £1,000 of funding for the National Park in which the
overall winning image was taken will be given by Columbia
Sportswear directly to that National Park.

Winning entries will be selected by Columbia and National Parks
Partnerships LLP.

Winners will be contacted within 14 days of competition closure via
the social media platform used to submit entries

Prizes must be collected or redeemed within six (6) months of
notification.

No prize alternatives will be offered.
