AVIVA SIPP - Change Advisor but keep the SIPP?

If I changed my advisor would I keep my AVIVA SIPP? Would it be fairly simple to change my advisor? Or would I need to give him notice, and maybe have to wait till the end of the tax year? How would his fees be calculated if I cut short our agreement?
Thanks,

If the new adviser decided it was best to stay there then that is fine.Would it be fairly simple to change my advisor?
Absolute doddle.Or would I need to give him notice, and maybe have to wait till the end of the tax year?
You would need to check your agreement but most agreements allow for 28-31 days notice. Although most would not enforce that. If you leave you leave. How would his fees be calculated if I cut short our agreement?
Again it depends on your agreement but most will stop being paid when the agency is transferred to the new adviser and that ends the ongoing service at the same time. In most cases, there would be no calculation required as it effectively stops at the point the agency transfer takes place.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Contact your financial advisor , email and/or letter cancelling any agreement you have in place with effect immediately.
Contact Aviva and inform them that the financial adviser would no longer be acting on my behalf and to remove them from your SIPP. You will need your pension portfolio reference number. I also emailed confirmation.
They remain on your SIPP for 90 days ? I can't remember exactly but Aviva tell you. After that if you look at transactions you will no longer see the "Ongoing Adviser Charge" which in my case was about £160 per month.
Not sure if you have the same Aviva SIPP wrapper as me but the "Cash Transactions" is viewed by selecting your Pension Portfolio, select "View Investments", select "Transactions" tab, select "Cash transactions" link.
Realised I was not getting value for money from my IFA after reading this article by theescapeartist.
