Reheat vegetarian sausage casserole ?

Hi all. I have a sausage casserole made with Linda Mcartney's suasages. Stupidly I didn't halve the recipe so there will be leftovers. Is it ok to reheat? I do reheat ordinary sausage casserole.
thanks

Don't see why not. I would reheart anything! It's just fungus isn't it anyhow?0

Go for it! I take the view that veggie or vegan things will usually be safer to reheat than their meaty counterparts.0

Absolutely. Nothing dangerous or wrong with doing that whatsoever.
So long as it's not crawling out of the bowl, it's veggie, so safe to reheat/eat.... if it went into the fridge/covered, say, it's best reheated within 3-4 days. Or you could box it up, open up the freezer door and lob it in - then you can either defrost/reheat, or nuke from frozen, or saucepan from frozen, or oven .... all you need to do is "get it hot enough so you fancy eating it" - there's no minimum temperatures to worry about etc like with some meats.0 -
I live on left overs. As a vegetarian, I wouldn't eat Linda Macartney stuff anyway. Horrible, claggy stuff.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.

I agree about reheating but why not freeze it for another day?
Personally I'd like to have a HM ready meal to hand rather than eat the same thing so soon.0 -
I'm not vegetarian but the Linda McCartney Red Onion and Rosemary Sausages are my sausages of choice. I'll cook a pack of 6 sausages at a time so as to only run the oven once, eat three and then microwave the remaining three another night.0

I'm a carnivore but make big portions of sausage casserole, freeze and reheat.
Why wouldn't you?0
