I'd have thought before long it would take the enamel off your teeth. Benefits? Well it got shot of a huge wart thing off the side of my husband's nose.

I had a german colleague who used to take this, with honey every day. Supposed to be good for the immune system apparently.

I take a tablespoon of cider vinegar in a small glass of water when I have acid reflux - it seems to help. I also take it if I feel sick (when I have had a dicky tummy abroad).

There used to be a theory that putting it in a male dog's drinking water reduced the smell of wee.


It never worked for the foursome I tried it on. In fact one would go without drinking rather than be 'poisoned'.


When I bought it to try on the dogs, I tasted it and found it quite unpleasant.

I heard that mixture of one spoon of apple cider vinegar and glass of warm water can help you lose some weight, but I never tried it.

that reminds me I haven't taken it for ages, which is why my joints are painfull, also when I take it daily (with water) I don't seem to get upset tummy so much. xx
