Which of the 2,500's is correct?
Logic suggests the latter, and that answers should read:
Up To 250
Up To 1,000

I'm fairly sure you are right in suggesting the 3rd answer.
Looking at the source code, there's a line which reads
"{"answer_text":"Up to 2,500","answer_correct":true,"telemetry_id":"2109"}
I can see that 'id 2109' is the 3rd answer.
For the other two answers with different ids have the code reads "answer_correct":false0 -
