I'm asking a question, to get an answer. This is a computer giving an answer which the halifax mortgage adviser was as irritated as we where in the result. Am I up to my eyeballs in dept? i'm not asking for something which I can't easily afford to pay.... after all, up to 2 years ago my mortgage repayments were over £600 per month. What are you complaining about? That they won't lend you their money due to you being up to your eyeballs in debt?0 -
This is the basis of my query, is this just a Halifax policy or should the mortgage adviser have included it as income. This is why I made a complaint, to get a second opinion. You're missing my point, they'll accept dla you get for someone else. My son's dla has just been used for our nationwide mortgage0
