Skechers..how long should they last & which type lasts longest

i have some go walk 4 skechers which are starting to fall apart, my question is how long should they last for? mine were bought may 2017, worn pretty much daily as they are so comfy!
and does anyone have any recommendations for what skecher shoe / trainer has the best longevity from experience?

Whilst I don't wear them so can't suggest which ones to wear, I would have thought that over a year of wearing them everyday was probably a good life span.

You're lucky you got a year out of them - I haven't even had mine that long and don't wear them every day and they are wearing out. They're made of lightweight foam so wear out much quicker than regular trainers. I got a pair of Nike free RN trainers and put the elastic laces in them and they have lasted about a year and 4 months of daily wear and it's only now that I'm thinking about replacing them as the cushioning isn't as squishy. They were £80 though. They do slip on style ones too like the skechers go walks. I've tried a few cheaper versions of the Skechers from other stores and they're never as comfy. I like cushioning!

I think a year is good going for £50/60, that's a pound a week, which is nothing for decent footwear.

I love my skechers go walk, I've had various numbers of them. I do tend to find that they last around 6 months before they wear out.

I wear mine daily and would say I walk an hour each day.

I want to look for another similar slip on shoes though that lasts a lot longer and I'm willing to pay more for this.

My Skechers have lasted about 2 years, I did put some new memory foam insoles in them as the old ones had a small hole in them, I have just purchased a new pair of Skechers Flex Appeal Trainers today and they are lovely and comfy. Love Skechers.

Surely depends how far you travel in them.

My Skechers usually get between 200 and 250 miles in them, combination of running and some walking. I get through 10-12 pairs a year.
