best mortgage for flipping houses

Hi, could someone point me in the right direction with regards to which mortgage would be best to buy, renovate then sell properties.

    Bridging loans.
    Typically around 0.7% per month and 2% of the mortgage amount in fees.
    Usually go to a maximum of 70-75% LTV depending on whether or not you are paying the interest each month.
