AndyPix, try staying awake and not having a fit let alone worrying about pressing the enter key etc.......
if you had a problem like low bloods you would know how difficult it is to concentrate on anything at all.
I understand that it may be a bit difficult to read, but it is far more difficult to type when trying not to have a fit that would put you in hospital.
When a blood drop occurs things like spelling, spaces and paragraphed text is not really a priority.

I was trying to help you .. You're welcome

I dont know your health problems same as you dont know mine.

If you are struggling to type, then dont type.

When you are ready to type, type clearly so you get the best help

If you paid off a large sum of nearly a thousand pounds then it can safely be assumed that you did not do it using actual cash.

If you did it by debit card or bank transfer, ask your bank for the statement which shows this - there will probably be a small charge for this - if you don't know the exact month ask for 6 month's or a year's worth of statements.

Better still if you have internet banking it might show up or be available on your account for free.

There's been several threads recently reporting refunds because the finance company have not been sending annual statements of interest - have you had any, could this be an avenue to pursue?

As has been said above the Ombudsman will reconsider a complaint if further evidence is submitted - have you tried this route?

Have you also tried a free half hour session with a local solicitor, preferably one who deals with debt?

As Sourcrates asked, was the loan secured or not, and what was the original loan amount?

Have you tried making a PPI claim if there is any?

Hi its not the arrears that we paid that they cant find..its the fees and charges that they added to the account...they cant find when it was added, but yet they are somehow still charging interest on the remaining £1650 that has been found to be outstanding.

The £1650 was fee's and charges on the arrears that they didnt declare when we paid off the arrears(or so we had thought). We would have paid the entire amount which was around £2600, but we were told that the total was £935-ish when we called to pay it..we asked if it included all fees and charges as we knew there wouldb e some...what we didnt know was that they had added all the court fees and solicitor fees to the balance, which is part of what makes up the £1650.

From what we have been made aware by the pmbudsman they cant add interest to fee's and charges, but they are refusing point blank to deal with it and refered us back to the ombudsman. Whom then refused to deal with the entire situation as they dont hold any account info..and so it goes on.
