When is 2 years fixed rate NOT 2 years?

    This is one of the reasons why we issue illustrations just before we submit the application, so the client has the opportunity to ask any questions they might have about the product.

    We then submit the application and email to the client copies of the final illustration, factfind, application and suitability letter, three of which show if the product is for xx months from completion or until dd/mm/yyyy.

    If it came down to it, I wonder who would choose to pay a higher rate to get xx months from completion, rather than dd/mm/yyyy?
