Does anyone have a good recipe for these?
I have tried a few off the internet and have not been a success, usually unable to bind properly. I don't mean the ones full of vegetable bits, not to my taste. Prefer something tofu or soya or mushroom based with onion/garlic and well seasoned.
I've recently come across Tofurky sausages which are really nice and have a good texture and flavour but are expensive (£3 for 4), think they are imported from US.
p.s. definitely be trying some more Tofurky products once I can find them, only Sainsburys seem to stock them and just a couple of lines of the range.
Thanks.

I made seitan from smartprice flour, following a recipe online. It was quite easy (but not good if you have weak hands!).LBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.310

Thanks for those suggestions, will look at those.
Wonder if anyone has any wheat-free recipies to recommend? Or wheat-free sausages to buy that are good?
