Do Precise Mortgages re-credit check before completion

We are due to complete next Tuesday with Precise mortgages and was wondering if anyone had experience of them re-credit checking prior to completion?


We have a full offer and were hard-checked at that stage.


No material change really and in fact my credit rating has gone up since the application went in/offer was received but I am slightly more in my overdraft (c. £400 more than at application) due to it being an old bank account that I haven't had the time to switch some payments from. I have the money to clear it off I just didn't want a large amount going out of my joint bank account before we got the mortgage sorted!


Is that likely to scupper anything? We haven't taken on any new credit arrangements, the overdraft was an existing agreement and is well within its limit.

Hi,

From my experience they only credit checked me when we requested to extend the mortgage offer. They told me before hand a further credit check will be done.
