Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 18th July 2018 and close at 12:00 on 26th July 2018.
2. To enter, listeners must submit their story about a time they were subjected to sneaky behavior on the competition page.
3. Five entries will be chosen as winners, one per day from Monday 23rd July 2018 - Friday 27th July 2018.
4. Capital producers will select the winner based on the following criteria - humour, degree of sneakiness, and the context.
5. The final decision is at the discretion of the Capital programming team.
6. For the duration of the promotion, the entries will be rolling. Entries will be collated at 1200 on 23rd July - 26th July 2018, and then shortlisted to determine the following day's winner. With the exception of Monday 23rd July, when entries will be collated at 0900 and then shortlisted to determine that day’s winner.
7. The winners will be contacted by Capital on the telephone number provided when they entered.
8. The winners will be brought to air and will be required to speak to the presenter.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1. There are five prizes in total, each consisting of a £2,000 cheque.
2. One prize will be awarded each day from Monday 23rd July - Friday 27th July 2018.

Prize Terms & Conditions:

1. The cheque will be sent to the winner within 28 days of confirmation of winning.
2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
