    Cant add anything that hasnt already been covered to trim back your outgoings.

    Regarding furnishing your new home look at charity shops when the time comes, you can save a lot of money by getting previously loved items.

    Time it well and you can get them delivered a day or two after you get your keys.

    Wardrobes/table/chest of draws etc if you go for the older wooden ones which are cheap and practical, sand them down and paint them.

    As time goes on and you have payrises/change jobs etc you can then think about upgrading.
    Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
