  • It's not a scam, but it is a promotion.

    I recently used this and had laser eye surgery. I did only have to pay for one eye and got the other free (you can even just get the one eye done and not pay anything)

    There is a £60 booking fee for your consultation, but you get this back when you attend, it's just to make sure you don't book and don't turn up.

    If you are interested in having the surgery done it isn't a bad idea to take them up on the promotion.

    Just wanted to clarify that for you.
    I am very happy with my results, from three weeks ago!

  • As kirsteenatom says, it's not a scam, it's a promotion.

    My housemate is in the process of having both eyes done after winning this. It's basically the same as getting a money off voucher.

    Basic principle for them is, "who's actually only going to get one eye done?". So they will make their money, especially since (full-price) they are a bit more expensive than some other places.
