Car accident and mortgage application

So I have just submitted my mortgage application. (This afternoon) and on my way home from work was hit by a lorry.
All good - just in hospital now getting checked over.
Do I need to tell my mortgage broker / bank what happened. It wasn’t my fault, i was stationary and got hit from behind.
It won’t affect my work so won’t affect my finances but I don’t want to jeprodise our mortgage.

If you have already submitted your application, I wouldn't tell them....0

Not something you need to declare with respect to your mortgage.
If you have sustained an injury you would declare that on any personal insurance application.I am a Mortgage Broker
