Santander Valuations

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to get some answers on your experiences with Santanders valuations? DO they go into the property? are they always drive bys?

Any information is greatly appreciated.

It often depends on the loan to value, sometimes on the type of business involved whether a purchase or a remortgage.

Their surveyor may do an automated valuation. May do a drive-by. May require an internal inspection.

    Presumably not a newbuild then?

I would say pretty much nailed on for an internal inspection.
