I'm about to start a new job which will mean I am out of the house from 7-7 on an average day. Then when I get home I'll have to cook tea. It'll only me be and OH but I'd still like to think of some decent meals to cook which are quick (ideally under 30 mins inc. preparation time). I will have time to do some cooking on Sundays so I could potentially make and freeze meals.
Thanks in advance

There is no such thing as a free lunch. Its only free because you've paid for it.
