Hi everyone,
please can someone help me. I got a nationwide credit card back in 2002 I did ask for ppi, but I then paid it off and then closed the account. I then repopened the account in 2005, but I never resigned for ppi, can I claim this back.

thanks

    can anyone help???
  • Did you cancel your old card ?
Was your new card a new application ?
I opened a new card in 2005 with nationwide, 2 months ago i recieved 4 letters week after week requesting my signature for a ppi because they said they could not locate a signed consent form (ie-they just put it on without my knowledge) I just ignored the letters. Then to my suprise I recieved a letter saying they have refunded £221 to my account and cancelled the ppi ?

Iwould say if its a new application they've just added it so go after them and get your dosh back!!!
