Did you cancel your old card ?
Was your new card a new application ?
I opened a new card in 2005 with nationwide, 2 months ago i recieved 4 letters week after week requesting my signature for a ppi because they said they could not locate a signed consent form (ie-they just put it on without my knowledge) I just ignored the letters. Then to my suprise I recieved a letter saying they have refunded £221 to my account and cancelled the ppi ?
Iwould say if its a new application they've just added it so go after them and get your dosh back!!!0 -
Thanks for the reply, I think I will write to them,
