Hi All,
I have sent my template letter to Lloyds
And there response is that If I had made a claim during the period of my Loan's then they would of paid even though I was Self -Employed.
I have been self-employed for 20yrs and had 3 loans in that period,
Each time they have lumped the loan insurance on from the start and just told me that my Fully rotected Loan is such and such,
In the Terms and Cond of insurance the word Self-Employed is not mentioned once just unemployed or unemployment and that my unemployment must be certified by the Department of Education and Employment.
I thought being self employed you were just temp out of work but not employed.
I need advice on weather i have a case still to go straight to FO

Lloyds TSB loans do, and always have, covered the self employed for unemployement and accident / sickness cover in the same way as they do for 'normal' employed people.Whilst my posts do not constitute financial advice, I am always, without fail, 100% right!0
