    The 0845 900 0444 self-assessment line migrated to 0300 200 3310 in the Summer of 2013.

    Since that time, all HMRC telephone numbers start either 0300 or 0345.

    Calls to 03 numbers are inclusive in allowances on landlines and mobiles otherwise charged at "geographic rate" - the same as calling 01 and 02 numbers.
