    I would.

    I was brought up before anyone thought of Use By or Best before Dates.
    I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

    I'd use it too.
    Another one who isn't ruled by 'use-by' and 'best before' dates.

    It's safe. It might not give you as good a result as a fresher pack would but it won't poison you.
