    I don't think that's what you should be doing. You should be finding out exactly how your pension is invested and understanding the losses. Get that information so you can ask your advisor informed questions. I'm continually amazed at how "laissez faire" people can be with their money. I employed a carpenter to install a new door last month and I made sure that I knew exactly how it should be done......flashing etc and quizzed him before hiring him and then checked his work. You should do the same with your IFA.

    If not Fidelity or Morningstar worth looking at.
