FPN - Using another license?

As I'm sure you must be aware after all your research the bright idea some have when receiving an NIP is to nominate someone else as the driver who is willing to take the points. This is obviously illegal and has the potential to result in jail time if rumbled.
Most forces use TOR (traffic offence reports) rather than giving out roadside FPN's however they still involve an interaction with an officer so as you have pointed out there isn't really an opportunity to pretend to be someone else later on (unless you are incredibly stupid or like communal showers).

Out of interest what uni gives out A+ grades?

But not everybody has a photocard licence. Drivers do not have to carry their licence on them. Most FPNs result from cameras.


To get points put onto the wrong licence, you'd have to have extended access to the wrong licence, so it can be sent off, and the keeper would have to nominate that wrong driver when the s172 request comes in. Oh, and that wrong driver would have to actually exist... It's not just a sinkhole where you can say "Oooh, Mickey Mouse was driving" and that's it.

For an individual project, most.

If you are really at uni and are doing as you say then surely you must know that a NIP is a "Notice of Intended Prosecution" and not not a "Notice of Interested Prosecution" and that in the UK it's driving licence and not a driving license.

IMO, this sounds more like someone trying to find out how to avoid points on their licence by sending in one belonging to another person and is using this site to do so.

Then what did you make of the specific conditions on Students/Researchers touting for info that you clearly agreed to on signup..?

Also, any info you do glean is likely worthless as it almost certainly is in breach of the online research policy of most if not all quality institutions.

Is it really most? I found a couple (Brighton, Edinburgh) that do have nominal letter grade of either A1 / A+ at the top (for 80%+) for marking papers/exams though they still score by the traditional 70%+ is a first, 60-69% is a 2.1 etc but equally found a couple (Leeds, Nottingham) that don't use letter classifications at all.
