Hi can anyone help I had an AVS on my property approx 19 years ago and had a shortfall of approx 15k when the property was sold.I came to an agreement to pay the shortfall by instalments but am unsure if this was repaid in full.I am now in the position that I want to apply for a new mortgage but would like to know if this will still be on record and whether I have to declare this when applying for a mortgage.
