Consumer rights for digital content

Options
Hello
I purchased some digital content from blinkbox some time ago. They moved my digital content onto talktalk and it was transferred okay. However, talktalk are now moving my digital content onto rakuten and they do not have most of my content on their site and are offering me store credit instead some of it way below the value of the content.

What are my consumer rights here? I would prefer to be able to have the content transferred but if not a choice of a refund to enable purchase of the content elsewhere or store credit to the equivalent value of the content plus inconvenience compensation but I am getting no indication of this from either of the companies... Rakuten won't discuss it and talktalk won't even reply!
Thanks
