This is why I sold my parking space before the crash comes. Any fule can see that when single random outlier data points are occuring thousands of miles away, it proves a parking price crash is inevitable.
Sure, I pay £100 a month to park my car half a mile down the road, but when parking spaces crash to normal levels of £20 and six shillings each I'll be laughing and my wife will come crawling back to me.
