Please do so even if it means reducing the increased contribution to your personal pension, since it will effectively double your contribution compared to putting into the personal one.0 -
One other thing - if there is any chance you may rejoin the old employer before you retire, leaving the old pension 'as is' could enable you to re-join it at a later date.
Always an uncertain thing, but something that did happen to my OH0
