to get this kinda of % back you'd be better going via quidco (4%) to dixons using a discount code (click here for codes) and paying by egg to get their 3% on the eventuall balance.
You should be able to get about £90 off that way, depending on the price of the laptop.
Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.
  • Do i need to click through to dixons from the egg website though or just pay with my egg card??
    Thanks.
  • Jsut seen this on the egg website:

Transactions with our selected online retailers which are completed via alternative links and URLs will not be eligible for the special cash back offers.

So that would seem to indicate that i can't go via the quidco site and pay with my egg card in order to receive cashback from both quidco and egg?

From what Ive seen, the Egg discount appears on my statement at the same time as the transaction........ie it happens automatically when you use the card at the retailer rather than happening as a result of an affiliate code URL.

  • So i can go via quidco 3% cashback, use a 5% code and pay by egg card to get 3% cashback.
Is there anyway of getting the nectar points at 2 per £ or is that one too many?

Egg or Nectar. Egg is 5% not 3%. Quidco % depends on what product it is. Wait till another 10% off day.

  • Theres £40 off orders over £400 with code 4HR40.
which effectively is 10% fro what i'm after. May go ahead. So thats £40 off, 3% quidco and 5% egg. not bad really - if it works!

I've had a mail this morning about some sort of special offer at Dixons and Egg. Not had a chance to have a proper look though. Might be worth a look at their site I suppose.
  • Mogkat - can you let me know what this is? Will have a look at their sites now aswell.
Froggit - how often do 10% days comeabout?
