Finially got our offer

Got our mortgage offer today we’re currently with Santander but after having debts and a default they wouldn’t give us another mortgage to buy another house even thou we had equity we sought advice from a broker and we have gone with a company masthaven that will accept us for 5 year fixed then after the 5 years default will be gone and we can get back to the high street lender masthaven are very slow so beware anyone using them but we have got there in the end and hopefully complete will be 13th July new property needs work but this will be our forever home and we’re planning on a nice extension when we have the funds
So there is hope out there for people with debt history we cleared our debt with some money given to us but the default remains from Tesco clubcard all other cc didn’t default just payment plans but I got the default in my name but as I’m the second person husband is the main earner it wasn’t too bad
Just to sign the form and then it’s all in the hands off the solicitor
