Unrecognisable credit on nationwide check?

Were applying for a mortgage with nationwide, they're declining us for the full lending amount (4k short) because their credit report is throwing up a line of credit in April which they don't have any further details of. I've had two credit reports done for me and my partner and neither of these are showing up this so called "loan" we've allegedly taken out in April. However because we don't know what it is, we can't disclose it, therefore they're not approving it. I am 100% sure we have taken out a loan.

Any ideas what on earth it could be or how we could get round it??

TIA

Equifax and Experian, they also use call credit which is the only one I've not got a credit report with .

As above, sign up with noddle.

Once you have all 3 if there is nothing on there - I (as a broker) would be speaking to my account manager to sort this out.

I am assuming you have not cleared a loan in the last 2-3 months that they may still be picking up?

I was slightly concerned about doing so many credit reports in one go...does this not have s negative effect on my file? My broker is speaking with them in the morning to try and get passed it, if not I'll do the Noddle one, thank you!

It does not harm anything to drawdown your own credit file.

    O2 phone by any chance?

Half the monthly payment is a loan, the other half airtime. That's one many don't take into account.
